Carne Asada Lamb Back Strap

Total Time: 30 mins Difficulty: Med  Serves: 4

YOU WILL NEED

2 tbsp Garlic oil

500g Lamb Back Strap

120g Carne Asada

80g Chermoula

1 Lemon, Zested and Juiced

 

 

TO MAKE

  1. brush lamb with Garlic oil and dust liberally with Carne Asada and allow to sit for 30 minutes.
  2. heat bbq to a high heat.
  3. meanwhile combine chermoula with remaining garlic oil and lemon juice and zest mix well.
  4. Cook lamb to Medium Rare and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  5. Serve Lamb with chermoula.
