YOU WILL NEED2 tbsp Garlic oil
500g Lamb Back Strap
120g Carne Asada
80g Chermoula
1 Lemon, Zested and Juiced
TO MAKE
- brush lamb with Garlic oil and dust liberally with Carne Asada and allow to sit for 30 minutes.
- heat bbq to a high heat.
- meanwhile combine chermoula with remaining garlic oil and lemon juice and zest mix well.
- Cook lamb to Medium Rare and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
