YOU WILL NEED2 tbsp Garlic oil
500g Snapper Fillets
100g Chermoula
1 Lime, Zested and Juiced
2 Long Red Chilli, thinly sliced
2 Lime extra cut into wedges
TO MAKE
- Heat BBQ or a suitable size pan to a medium high heat.
- Combine Chermoula, garlic oil and lime zest and juice and mix well.
- Marinate snapper millets in half the chermoula mix.
- Cook the snapper until done.

Serve Snapper with remaining chermoula, chilli and fresh lime
