Chermoula Marinated Snapper

Total Time: 30 mins Difficulty: Med  Serves: 4

YOU WILL NEED

2 tbsp Garlic oil

500g Snapper Fillets

100g Chermoula

1 Lime, Zested and Juiced

2 Long Red Chilli, thinly sliced

2 Lime extra cut into wedges

TO MAKE

  1. Heat BBQ or a suitable size pan to a medium high heat.
  2. Combine Chermoula, garlic oil and lime zest and juice and mix well.
  3. Marinate snapper millets in half the chermoula mix.
  4. Cook the snapper until done.
  5. Serve Snapper with remaining chermoula, chilli and fresh lime
