YOU WILL NEED2 tbsp Olive oil
500g Beef Steak.
100g Berbere
100mm Skewers
1 Roasted Capsicum & Rice to serve
TO MAKE
- Trim any excess fat and silvertrim from the beef. NB. you can ask your butcher to do this for you.
- Cut the beef into 5cm cubes add to a bowl with oil and rub the beef cheeks liberally, coat with berbere and allow to sit for a minimum of 30 minutes but best for 2 hours.
- Soak the skewers in water for approximate 1 hour before adding the meat.
- Thread the meat onto the skewers.

Cook on a preheated grill, flipping once, until meat is browned 10 to 15 minutes.
