Coat the chicken pieces in 60g Butter Chicken Spice mix and allow to marinate overnight or for at least 1 hour before cooking.
Heat 2 tbsp of coconut oil or ghee in a large pot over medium heat.
Add onion and cook for 3 mins. Mix in protein, cooking until browned. Add remaining Butter Chicken Spice.
Stir in tomato passata, stock and cream. Cover the pot and lower the heat to simmer for 20 mins, add butter.
Serve with rice and a crispy naan bread.
