Carne Asada is the Mexican street food tradition that turns a simple cut of beef into something legendary. Our blend brings together smoky chilli, cumin, garlic, citrus, and oregano — the flavours of a taqueria grill at full heat, bottled into a seasoning you can use any night of the week.

Rub generously onto flank steak, skirt steak, or chicken thighs and grill hard and fast. Slice thin, pile into warm tortillas, and finish with fresh salsa and lime. Also brilliant on roasted veg, pulled pork, and seafood.
