Spicy Korean Stir-fry Chicken

YOU WILL NEED

1 tbsp Vegetable oil

400g Chicken Breast or Thigh cut into pieces

1 Medium Onion, roughly chopped

2 Cloves Garlic, chopped

1/2 Red Cabbage, Sliced

80g Korean Red Dragon Powder

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

1/4 Cup Lime Juice

1 tsp Cornflour

Fresh Coriander to Garnish

TO MAKE

  1. Combine Red Dragon Powder with Soy, Lime and cornflour and mix well and reserve until needed.
  2. Heat a wok or suitable size fry pan over a high heat add oil and fry the garlic and onion for 1 minute. Add the chicken and stir-fry until golden and sealed all over (approximately 2 minutes)

  3. Add the cabbage, reduce the heat slightly and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.

  4. Stir the sauce to ensure well combined and add to chicken mixture, stir until thickened and everything is well coated.
  5. Serve with chopped coriander.
